RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is your opportunity to join the finance team of Cimpress, the world leader in mass customization. The Senior Treasury Analyst role will ensure that Treasury continues to support the growth of Cimpress. The role will help lead core aspects of Treasury’s cash management operations in support of our decentralized portfolio of businesses. The position will also have exposure to Treasury’s strategic initiatives related to optimal debt structure and financial risk management. This role will report to the Director of Treasury and will work heavily with the Associate Treasury Analyst and other members of the global Treasury and Finance teams in addition to heavy engagement with our global external banking partners.

  • Lead banking and cash management support of our portfolio of diverse business units, including assisting with the onboarding of newly acquired companies
  • Assist with global cash management activities including cash positioning, borrowing, investing, and processing cash movements
  • Execute foreign exchange spot trades and process cash movements
  • Support hedging initiatives by reviewing exposures data, assisting with hedge execution and reporting on hedge performance
  • Assist with analyzing bank fees and providing recommendations for cost saving opportunities
  • Coordinate the issuance of standby letters of credit and bank guarantees
  • Lead year-end Treasury audit and ensure compliance with SOX requirements
  • Open new bank accounts and establish new cash management services
  • Assist with the month-end closings activities, including the review of accounting entries
  • Provide administration support for the company’s banking platforms
  • Provide support to local finance teams for inquiries related to payments, cash management and bank account issues
  • Communicate effectively with local finance teams and the corporate tax and legal departments to ensure efficient cash movements
  • Evaluate and recommend new banking products and services and technologies
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and support special projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in a multinational public corporation
  • Some level of exposure to currency and/or interest rate hedging
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of relevant areas of accounting and finance
  • Proven problem solver with the ability to work independently to research, test hypotheses, arrive at conclusions and make recommendations
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate the results
  • Good command of Microsoft office suite of tools
  • Experience with SAP, Bloomberg, and Misys is preferred
  • CTP designation and/or MBA is preferred
