The Connecticut State Department of Education (CSDE) is seeking to hire an Accountant in the Finance & Internal Operations Bureau of Fiscal Services Section.

• Hybrid (telework and in office)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the administration of a variety of grant funds and multiple accounting functions;
• Review, track, and monitor financial expenditures for compliance with state and federal regulations;
• Prepare financial reports and statements consistent with both state and federal requirements;
• Support electronic data processing of grant administrative financial functions;
• Provide technical assistance to the program manager in maintaining accounting records.
