Be a part of building something special…

New England AFP is growing! We are seeking committee members from throughout the region to work with our Board of Directors in establishing the foundation for the New England AFP as a leading resource for financial education in New England.

You must be a current member of the association and be willing to commit to attend committee meetings once a month. The term for each committee member will be 12 months.

Committee members will receive complimentary upcoming year membership, the opportunity to hone their leadership skills while networking with peers and a potential appointment to a Board of Director position within the association.

Each committee will be led by a member of the Board of Directors. The following committees have openings:

Program Responsible for development of meeting programs and annual conference

Marketing Responsible for increasing awareness of the New England AFP brand and image, enriching NEAFP’s reputation in the financial industry, actively supporting the organization’s strategic goals and increasing the relevancy/awareness of the Annual Conference.

Membership Responsible for supporting the organization’s strategic goals to increase, retain and renew memberships, increase the relevancy and awareness of the Annual Conference and support substantial revenue growth through increasing membership/conference attendees.

Finance Responsible for financial operations, cash forecasting, policies and procedures

Education Outreach Responsible for interfacing and building relationships with local schools

Community Outreach Responsible for incorporating various local community events

Networking Responsible for engaging and structuring networking events throughout the year
