Amy Gindel is the SVP of Finance & Planning of Boston Properties (BXP) and directs all aspects of the financial operations for the organization. BXP is one of the largest public REITs in the United States, with a significant presence in five markets: Boston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and Washington, DC.  BXP is a fully integrated real estate investment trust that develops, redevelops, acquires, manages, operates and owns a diverse portfolio of primarily Class A office space totaling 47.7 million square feet consisting of 164 properties. Since BXP became a public company in 1997, Amy has spent the majority of her career focusing on the staffing, operational practices & procedures and process improvements including the integration of technology in the Budgeting & Forecasting, Lease Administration, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Management departments. Most recently, Amy expanded her leadership role into Sustainability, to elevate the awareness and focus on the economic, environmental and social aspects of its business practices to their investors, tenants, employees and the communities they serve.

Amy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Northeastern University, and has a certificate in finance from Harvard University.
