RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Manager, Treasury Operations leads the accounts payable and cash management function for Coverys’ US operations. This role ensures timely disbursement of payments, deposit of receipts, and accurate posting of cash journal entries to the general ledger. The manager oversees daily cash positioning, short-term liquidity planning, and cash flow forecasting, while maintaining strong banking relationships. Additionally, the role supports audit and regulatory reporting, enforces effective internal controls, and drives process improvements and treasury-related projects. As a people leader, the Manager is responsible for supervising and developing team members in alignment with organizational policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university with accounting major.
• MBA, CTP, CPA, or CFA designation preferred
• 8-10 years of work experience in the insurance industry or other like industry.
• Strong understanding of cash management, banking products and treasury systems
• Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Financial modeling

Base salary range is $136,740 – $160,870. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate including location, skill set, experience, qualifications and education.
