Nicole Meyer is Founder and Managing Partner of The Meyer Partnership, a financial services executive search firm. Nicole has over twenty years’ experience in Transaction and Corporate/Commercial Banking, having spent most her career at Citibank, most recently as Managing Director and Team Leader for Citibank’s North American Financial Institutions Cash Management sales team. During her tenure at Citibank Nicole’s roles ranged from business development to Implementation Head for e-Banking Solutions to North American Cash & Trade Process Reengineering Head. Prior to working at Citibank, Nicole worked for The First National Bank of Chicago and Shawmut Bank Boston. She started her career at Xerox. Nicole’s search experience includes hiring senior-level executives for roles ranging from the Global Head of Transaction Banking, to the Heads of Regions and Countries, Heads of Products and Service, and Heads of Operational Risk. Her expertise is in the areas of Cash Management and Liquidity, Trade Services and Finance, Working Capital and Supply Chain, Securities Services, and Corporate and Commercial Banking. Given the natural extension of the payments business, Fintech and Digital mandates are on the rise and The Meyer Partnership is deeply involved in this growing sector. She began her head hunting career in 2007 at The Rose Partnership in London as Head of the Corporate and Transaction Banking Practice. Nicole is a frequent speaker at Banking conferences and Client Forums, addressing audiences on the topics of Networking to Improve (your) Brand Awareness and Writing Impactful Resumes, and How to Work with Headhunters. She has also been invited to lead workshops on the topics of Interviewing and Managing your Career by clients and prospective clients such as Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, and JP Morgan. Nicole has an undergraduate cum laude degree in Economics and French and an MBA with Honours from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She was formerly Series 7 licensed (General Securities License, Registered Representative in New York) and holds dual citizenship with the UK and US.
