Jeff manages PMC’s Treasury technology advisory as part of the Treasury Solutions business, assisting clients in optimizing and automating their Treasury and Working Capital operations. He bring 30 years of experience in both financial technology as well as global treasury operations to help PMC clients realize enhanced efficiency, control around liquidity, payments and financial risk mitigation.
Marci Lerner, Hologic
Marci Lerner is currently Treasurer of Hologic Inc., a $3 billion global publicly-traded healthcare company. She leads the global Treasury team in the management of enterprise risk and insurance, global cash management and corporate finance, including capital structure, capital markets, financial risk, working capital and bank and rating agency relationships. Marci brings more than 25 years of finance, treasury, accounting and financial systems experience, working in multiple industries, including retail, consumer products, manufacturing, high-technology and healthcare. Previously, Marci was VP, Treasury at BJ’s Wholesale Club where she led this $12 billion private equity owned company through several re-financings, sale-leasebacks and dividend recapitalizations. She was also VP, Assistant Treasurer at Staples. She led teams in the US and Belgium in global cash management operations and corporate finance for this $25 billion global Fortune 100 company. Marci formulated and executed a $4 billion M&A financing plan in a tumultuous credit market in 2008. At Staples, Marci also held the positions of VP, Financial Planning and Analysis and Director of Financial Systems. Prior to joining Staples, Marci worked for Schick/Pfizer and Digital Equipment Corporation in various finance, accounting and financial systems roles. Marci is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) with an MBA in Accounting and a BS in Finance and Information Systems from Babson College.
