More Certainty in Times of Uncertainty: How Liquidity Structuring Can Lead to Improved Cash Forecasting and Risk Management

presented by Gabriel Chua, Executive Director, JP Morgan

In an operating environment defined by volatility and rapid change, treasury teams are working not only to improve cash forecasting accuracy, but also to deliver the insights decision makers rely on for funding, investment, and risk decisions. This webinar explores how effective liquidity structuring—including account rationalization, centralization strategies, and governance-minded account design—can strengthen cash visibility and enable faster, better-informed decisions.

The session will highlight practical approaches and tools to optimize the movement, consolidation, and reporting of cash, supporting stronger forecasting, clearer liquidity positions, and more effective risk management. It will also cover key design considerations for implementing structures that scale across entities, regions, and banking relationships—helping treasury further elevate its role as a strategic partner to the business.
