Whether you are planning to write your first Travel & Expense (T&E) policy or you are a veteran who has had one in place for a long time, it’s always good to look outside of your business to see what other world-class companies are doing to effectively manage their spend. During our many years of experience implementing expense management systems for hundreds of small and mid-size to Fortune 500 companies and across a wide variety of industries, we developed a “Top 10” list of expense management best practices that are simple but effective and can be used for guidance.
During this session, we’ll cover each of these best practices so that you have a good understanding of how to create a T&E policy or how to evaluate your current policy to successfully manage expense spend.
