Nancy Garrity, Director, is a member of BlackRock Global Markets. As a senior member of the U.S. Financial Institutions Team, she is responsible for developing opportunities to deliver BlackRock’s liquidity and short-term fixed income investment management capabilities through a wide range of financial institutions and intermediary distribution partners including banks, private equity and securities lending firms, broker-dealers and other financial services institutions. Ms. Garrity’s service with the firm dates back to 1993, including her five years with Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management as a Registered Investment Advisor and eight years with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM). At MLIM, she led the Internal Sales and Marketing efforts for MLIM’s Institutional Investment Services Group. Ms. Garrity is the Boston Chair for BlackRock’s Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) and member of the WIN East Operating Committee. She spent seven years as a member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Women’s Network Advisory Board. Certifications/Education: Notary Public, Series 7, Series 66, AED/CPR Responder, Northeastern University.
